Your guys that came today were very helpful and did a good job!
prior to today we have been very disappointed, you have sent out orders with out checking what is in the boxes.
We have had missing parts and damaged components !!
You have also sent fitters with the wrong parts.
Overall the management side of your business is very poor and considering what you are charging I feel we should be compensated.
