The young guy in the warehouse (Matt?) was really helpful today. He made sure that we understood the process and that we were aware of what the issue was, with the clearance furniture that I bought. He then organised for the furniture to be delivered same day and it came about four hours later!! Terry & Dave we’re the guys who delivered the furniture and they were equally as friendly and helpful. They had to wait while I moved my car and then they brought all the furniture in and set it up on our deck. They made sure I knew how to clip it all together and how the fire pit works. Genuinely great service from start to finish! Very happy!
