I simply had to write and say a massive thank to Chris S. who came today and sorted out a problem we had with our fire pit table. He spotted the problem straight away and quickly resolved it, he even took the time to ensure we were totally happy with the rest of our furniture. All these things are fantastic customer service and we want to say a big thank you to him.
