Excellent service provided by sales advisor during purchase process. Unfortunately I was unable to leave a commendation for the young lady who assisted me, please investigate my order and praise her accordingly. She was one of the main reasons I made the purchase. A manager was supposed to contact me regarding the issue but……….. Regarding the delivery of the furniture; my wife and I were overwhelmed by the friendliness politeness, efficiency and helpfulness of the two delivery personnel who could have done nothing more to help us. They showed exemplary professionalism. There names were; Paul W. and David R. The suite of furniture is now in place and we are delighted with quality.
