We were pleased our rattan sofa set arrived before the expected date, having waited a long time before finding furniture we liked. On placing the sofa on our patio, one of the legs was damaged causing it to 'rock' quite badly. A photo was taken by one of the delivery personnel who explained that Customer Services would be in touch to fix a date to send a replacement, as soon as one was available. This took 5 weeks but we were able to keep the original one while we waited. Everything done to rectify the problem without a lot of fuss. Pete and Paul delivered the replacement sofa and made sure we were happy with it. We are very pleased with the furniture, even though we now think we paid over the odds for it, compared to many sets that are now advertised for half the price in other organisations and stores.
