The furniture is very well made and looks superb. My only criticisms are that the plastic stays that tie two pieces together would benefit from a metal alternative and the U shape arrangement we have would be even better if the corners and end recliners were properly interchangeable. The sales staff in the Manchester Showroom were so helpful as were the delivery guys (Kevin W and Dave H) for who nothing was too much trouble. The furniture arrived in cardboard cartons - maybe a return service for the packaging could work - there’s a lot of it!
