The quality of Moda’s furniture is great, by far the best we’ve found. Their delivery guys were brilliant too, Damien B and Lewis C were friendly, professional and helpful. Only reason for the good rather than very good is that the customer service is not proactive. There was a delay getting our order delivered (some won’t come till September) due to the knock on effects of the pandemic. Totally understand that, but I only found out by ringing Moda rather than them contacting me to explain. When I rang, the service was great.
