Delivery prompt, efficient and courteous by Pete and Paul (Moda).
Product very good and well designed & constructed.
We reported a faulty armchair foot and Moda has despatched a replacement.
We are awaiting delivery from a third party courier APC overnight who so far have failed to deliver on time and day stated with no communication except for a further delivery slot, we still await delivery. If Moda want to maintain their excellent levels of customer care they need to be careful to choose the right partners to uphold their levels of service.
