Very good is insufficient to describe the EXCELLENT experience we have had with Moda. From our initial visit to Caterham and our discussions with the outstanding Bella, who was so efficient and helpful without being pushy, to our delivery and assembly team of Pete and Paul who arrived ahead of time today and could not have been friendlier, cheerful and helpful. One small glitch was that the storage box lacked a fixing hole which they dealt with on a temporary basis and assured us that a new box would be delivered and assembled as soon as possible. The totality has been the best experience of customer service we have had for a very long time; I wish more companies followed such an policy.
