We ordered a Fusion Cube set in April 2021. We are still waiting for the table to be delivered in October 2021. I have had every excuse as to why there has been a delay. I was told that the table was in at the end of September. I booked a delivery slot only to be told there was a problem with the van and they couldn’t deliver on 6th October. Rearranged for delivery on 12 October. Van turned up with no table. Told by drivers, someone from the depot would contact me with 30 minutes. Nothing, phoned Customer Services. Told there was an issue with the computer system and the table wasn’t in stock or it was damaged. Delivery of tables due in on Friday and I will be contacted to arrange delivery. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told one would call me back in 24 hours. Not hopeful I will hear anything, all I get are apologies. Ironically on the website it shows delivery within 3-6 weeks. If I could give them a negative rating I would. The order has been a problem from start to finish and has been blamed on computer issues and transport problems. I don’t believe a word I am told by this company.
