I had a problem 'Talked to customer services about the requirement and product. They forgot to mention that the feature did not come with a water reservoir.'
We have talked the problem through, Moda has explained elements of the design, changes they have put in place to their processes, procedures to stop this from reoccurring. I am impressed with Moda in how they have supported and followed up on this order to ensure I am happy with the final outcome.
I would purchase from Moda Furnishings again.
