I was delighted with the delivery experience I recieved from Terry B and Dave H. Our back garden has difficult access and despite being the last delivery of the day, both of them put in great effort and care to ensure our furniture was correctly assembled, tidied up the area and took time to explain features and the care instructions. My wife and I were equally pleased with the sales advice and customer care provided by Jazz from the Cheltenham store.
