We had experienced some issues with our furniture due to a couple of design faults. We came into the Manchester show room to discuss the issues and get some information from the staff. We spoke to both Rebecca and Kyle who were outstanding, knowledgeable and genuinely listened to try and resolve the problem. After having some very unhelpful conversations over the phone with customers service leaving us feeling disheartened, we have now been left feeling so much more satisfied with the in person service we received.
