Absolutely appalling customer service. Half my furniture was missing, then faulty, the delivery team confirm they're coming so you stay in all morning & they don;t turn up.......
Call queues regularly 50 minutes to talk to them then you get an Indian call centre who talk over you and don't listen to the problem
