Do not buy from Moda. Shockingly bad customer service and communication. My payment for a garden sofa set went through and I received no email confirmation of my order. I was contacted by their delivery partner to arrange a delivery date any by the end of the delivery day had to call them myself to find out why nothing had been delivered. They said they didnt even have the furniture from Moda and were unhelpful. Called Moda who couldn't tell me for certain what was going on and they never called me back or followed up at all. Called back Moda AGAIN who said they had the item in stock, rearranged delivery but despite a specific request from me I still have no written confirmation from them, or the delivery partner of the delivery date. Tried calling them again just now and got an automated response to send them an email...!!
