Ordered a bunch clothes. one dress came damaged and ripped and the others were not the size that was described on their website. Customer service took over 2 weeks to get back to me and when I finally want to return the items THE RETURN SLIP IS NOT SHOWING. Their website also won't let me delete the return order and start again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I used to love Modanisa but most of the dresses I have received recently are thin, cheap or damaged. Do not order from them unless you are patient (but that won't even last) or don't mind loosing money.
