Extremely frustrating. First they recorded and ordered delivery to the wrong address. Nobody was home at the wrong address, so they sent it back. I ordered in March, it is now June, and I still have no refund. I have waited nearly 2.5 months and they are making me wait indefinitely for a refund and are telling me they have not yet received the package and can only process the refund once they have the package. They refuse to give any sort of definite timeframe and simply expect me to wait for a refund indefinitely. Every customer service representative I speak to tells me something different: one says they've received the package and I will be issued a refund, the other says I can't get a refund because they don't have the package. When I request a confirmation in writing of what they tell me on the phone (so I don't have to go around in circles with every new phonecall), they refuse to do so. I do not recommend.
