Horrible customer service! I was Charged shipping when shopping supposed to be free, I called customer service. They said "on web somewhere in campaign section it says 12 items 1 free shipping." Which again does not say on home or anywhere on front page that look for something called campaign section and read that before ordering. Technically I ordered 28 items. So I guess my fault that I ordered 28 items and gave them more business! I shouldn't have! On top of all that received wrong colors.live chat, emails, 4 phone calls, and its over a month. No response! They definitely don't care about growing business! Worst online shopping experience! NO FUTURE BUSINESS WITH MODANISA!
