No words really can describe the frustration of dealing with modanisa. 3 months now I still don’t have my shipment. Customer service told me to contact Aramex. I went there in person and Aramex says they’ll deliver but they never did. Requested a refund coz I’ve been using money to go to Aramex more than what the shoes cost so what’s the point. Up to this day no calls goes through to modanisa and customer support just says they’re sorry. Now I’ve given up and leaving the country soon anyway
