one of the worst services I have ever seen,
A package have been submitted for a refund for over 2 months now and no resolution (the amount isn't refunded)
Every time I call the customer service center they say we will resolve the matter within 24 hours. after I hung up, I receive two emails to my inbox. One that says we opened the case the other says the case is closed!
