Modanisa have good quality clothes. website is easy to navigate however i did realise that there was no order confirmation sent to my email not to worry though because you can easily track your parcel from the account. Customer service assistants were friendly. It is very hard to reach them by email because i have noticed they don't reply so instead i use the chat feature on the website and get hold of them all the time. Delivery did take 10 days for me so i had to keep checking in with them about what was happening with my parcel.
