very bad service! I received a bag i ordered with a white spot and the zips were faulty and getting stuck. I wasted so many emails and chatted with 4 reps online on refunding my money back, but nobody paid any attention. It is like talking to the wall.
Every week i would get a reply stating that my case is closed with no explanation whatsoever !! I tried calling and they kept disconnecting on me after their Turkish greeting.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE !!
