Some of your team needs to communicate better. Ian stated we would need to pay for faster shipping. While working with Dan, I had to follow up with him due to no communication and then at the bottom of his email stated if we had everything done and approved by 02/09/24 we would meet the shipping window. We did as I moved things along but Ian still made us pay for fast shipping. Customer service needs to be more of a focus!
