“We know the quality is good. Communication is a little slow and sparse. Sent proofs a few times and still got a reply as if I didn't send it.”

“MODdisplays was amazing! The process prior to printing was fast and helpful. Crystal communicated clearly and quickly when it came to any adjustments needed in order to make sure my banner turned out just the way I wanted. When I received the banners, they were perfect. Stellar quality, ahead of schedule, no missing items, and extremely easy to put together. Thank you MODdisplays!”

“Hello, I wanted to say how impressed we are with the service we received—the proofs looked fantastic, and everything arrived promptly. However, we’ve noticed an issue with the roller banner. The fabric appears to be bent, even though this was the first time we’ve used the stand. We weren’t expecting signs of wear so soon. Could you please look into this for us? I’ve attached images for your reference.”

“The structure looked good but the light clips seemed to be for a flat structure so we could not clip the lights to the structure. We instead laid the bars across the top and hoped they would not crash down.”
