“The fabric used for the 18.5 ft graphic does not appear to be wrinkle resistant. When we received invoice #103211, box was opened which fabric initially appeared wrinkle free. We set up the stand to verify the fit, and as shown in the attached photo, the material was heavily wrinkled. These wrinkles could not be removed with a hand steamer, and the fabric ultimately required professional steaming. In our prior order, the fabric arrived wrinkle free. It was carefully folded and shipped to a conference in a tote, but it was returned with significant wrinkles, for which the sales team was blamed for improper folding. Now that we are experiencing a second issue with wrinkling, it appears that the fabric quality may be the root cause. It should not be necessary to have the fabric professionally steamed each time it is used.”

“They delivered ahead of schedule and when there was a minor issue with a missing part, it made it to me by the original delivery date and other small detaiils were brought to my attention to make the whole setup smooth. Everything with MOD displays for me has been awesome! Thanks!”

“The delivered product (Waveline Flat 10’ Display Kit) is good quality and look great, easy to set up. The MOD Displays website is great, mostly, very informative, clear, and easy to use. No issues there. The process of creating the artwork and getting it submitted and approved was difficult. The templates are somewhat confusing. Especially confusing was the case wrap template, although I finally figured it out that the artwork needed to cover the entire template. I also needed to get answers quickly on the artwork, but it took me two days because the designer assigned to this project was unavailable. She did eventually get back to me by email, but I really needed to get answers quickly on how to create the artwork and I had to figure things out myself by trial and error. That just took way too much time and in fact I had to cancel a day off I had planned on a Friday because I still didn’t have the artwork figured out and we were up against a deadline. The video links for Canva directions didn't work in my browser. The other videos are helpful but not always clear. Also note: According to Mike Ramirez here at Full Compass, our point person on this project, the kit that we ordered for Full Compass Systems was shipped to MOD Displays' HQ address in Virginia by mistake. Lol. That's a problem. Tracking delivery and seeing that the product we ordered didn’t leave Virginia was frustrating and a bit alarming. A light set was also included with our order. We didn't order that so not sure why that was included. Because of those issues, for future, we may need to consider another vendor. MOD Designs came through in the end, but it was a bit of a battle along the way. Thank you, Chris Morkri Full Compass Systems”

“MODdisplays was amazing! The process prior to printing was fast and helpful. Crystal communicated clearly and quickly when it came to any adjustments needed in order to make sure my banner turned out just the way I wanted. When I received the banners, they were perfect. Stellar quality, ahead of schedule, no missing items, and extremely easy to put together. Thank you MODdisplays!”

“Hello, I wanted to say how impressed we are with the service we received—the proofs looked fantastic, and everything arrived promptly. However, we’ve noticed an issue with the roller banner. The fabric appears to be bent, even though this was the first time we’ve used the stand. We weren’t expecting signs of wear so soon. Could you please look into this for us? I’ve attached images for your reference.”

“The structure looked good but the light clips seemed to be for a flat structure so we could not clip the lights to the structure. We instead laid the bars across the top and hoped they would not crash down.”
