Some of your team needs to communicate better. Ian stated we would need to pay for faster shipping. While working with Dan, I had to follow up with him due to no communication and then at the bottom of his email stated if we had everything done and approved by 02/09/24 we would meet the shipping window. We did as I moved things along but Ian still made us pay for fast shipping. Customer service needs to be more of a focus!

Our previous order went very smoothly, with revisions being quick and easy, and the result fitting our needs. This latest order is taking a lot longer with little communication back and forth on design.

My logo was off-center by an inch when it arrived. I need someone to contact me to get it fixed.

Hello, the customer service and communication with the rep was amazing. She was very helpful to get a product shipped last minute for me. The stand that arrived was actually broken in 2 places so I ended up not being able to use and threw away. I have reached back out to the rep inquiring about a refund, but have not received a response.

Very disappointed in this setup. The structure is very weak. The back drop on my 20’ setup kept leaning forward or backward. Would not stand up straight. The fabric is see through. You can see the bars through the fabric. It almost fell over several times!!!

We have made several purchases from MODdisplays in the past, but unfortunately we were less satisfied with our most recent order. Some items were damaged upon delivery, and other pieces were missing. Our sales representative corrected the issues, however it seems that some attention to quality control is needed.

Product is great but we ordered and put our "in-hand date" as 6/12. I got a call from someone at MOD displays saying the production team made a mistake but they would upgrade the shipping and have it to us by 6/13. It all worked out fine but it would have been bad if we didn't have it by 6/14.

Normally I have no problems with the production and delivery of our booth materials. Our agency is usually very pleased with the final pieces. However, the last order I placed with ModDisplays was very disappointing. I ordered a 6' table throw full print. It was supposed to be full print green and have a white logo on the front and back. The throw delivered and, while the green was the exact match to our PMS green, there was no white logo on the fabric. It was just solid green. ModDisplays kindly reprinted the throw and shipped it to our conference. Unfortunately when it arrived it was also incorrect. The logo was printed this time, and correct on one side. It was backwards on the other side however. :-( It was unusable. Because I have had such great success with ModDisplays in the past, this will not deter me from ordering items in the future. I would just like to be assured that there will be better quality control in the future. Thank you.
