We love the display design; however, it was not easy to assemble. The panels themselves require some maneuvering to ensure they are stable and standing straight.

Hi Joycelyn, We're sorry to hear these haven't been as easy as you had hoped to put together. Hopefully, as you use them, they may become a little easier for your team. You are correct that sometimes, you will need to straighten the display after installing the graphics. Tension fabric graphics have a tight fit which leads to a great-looking display but can cause the frame the shift slightly during installation. Generally, a quick re-straightening of the exhibit is all that is needed for these displays to stand straight.

My order is not complete. I received just the display rack without the printed part! When do you ship the rest of my order?

Hi Jessica, We apologize for any confusion. Many of our displays ship via split shipping. This is done because, in many instances, the graphics and the hardware are not housed in the same warehouse. In order to avoid longer shipping times, we have them shipped separately. You are not charged any more for this when it needs to be done, it's something we do as a way to improve the client experience. We also provide each client with a tracking email for each shipment that explains if their order will be shipped in one complete shipment or several individual shipments. After looking at your order, we can see where the tracking emails were sent to your email address. The hardware and graphics arrived several days apart but both were numerous days before your final in-hand date. Again, we apologize for any confusion, we try to do everything we can to avoid any confusion in the sales process.

I've been happy with the products offered and the purchashing process. The lady who reached out to answer questions and helped us choose what setup would be best for us was wonderful. Since purchasing I feel like MOD has dropped the ball on getting our design graphics over to us. Our purchase was made on April 7 and shortly after I submitted the graphics questionare. On April 19 I still hadn't heard anything from the desing departmant and reached out to our main contact, Sean Kerin. He responded that he would check and we should've heard something by now. Valerie sent me a proof later that day. On april 21 I reached out to her requestion a phone confernece to talk about the design and changes we wanted to make but I have yet to hear anything back from her. I am concerned at having the display completed and in our hands by our requsted deadline. I hope this can make a turn around and more progress be made in a more timely manner.

The display it's self was fine but I was extremely unhappy with the "stand" that was pictured for the display. It was completely unstable and useable for any kind of functionality so I had to go last minute and rent a counter space for $900 from the event exhibitor. I think that you should be more honest about the actual functionality of the equipment to set expectations.

1. I thought the white color could be whiter. It was off-white and had some bleed from the other colors. 2. The podiums are very flimsy and the plastic containers are of poor quality. 3. Set up was easy. 4. The team was very easy to work with and responsive. 5. Kelly was very good!

Customer service is great! However we were sent the wrong product, so didn’t have what we needed in time. The team was quick to respond and they’ve told us they will send us a new one.

ok service. Lots of push back on shipping. We used our own FedEx account and it took nearly 24 hours of back-and-forth emails to get things underway. Not satisfactory with the shipping department.
