I wanted to say how impressed we are with the service we received—the proofs looked fantastic, and everything arrived promptly.
However, we’ve noticed an issue with the roller banner. The fabric appears to be bent, even though this was the first time we’ve used the stand. We weren’t expecting signs of wear so soon.
Could you please look into this for us? I’ve attached images for your reference.
