I am very pleased with the fast production and overall product that we just utilized at an expo. The MOD staff were great and very quick to respond and help. I think MOD should do a better job on QC when it comes to packing and shipping etc. We had slightly damaged boxes and a (knife cut) fabric bag on delivery. The top of the table had slightly damaged corners etc. I would focus on out the door (slow down and take the time) to make sure your products are better packed for shipping IMO.
