Overall, the customer experience was great and I am happy with the products we purchased. However, my Last name was incorrect on all the packages and emails; Mod Displays forgot to send out the Podium with my kit and I did not receive it until after the Tradeshow; To their credit, this was a last minute order and packages were sent very quickly. I also realized that there were two typos on both my banner stands and now Ill have to order reprints.
