The LC3 sofa arrived today and it looks great! The relaxed version is perfect; I’m really glad you suggested I consider it. I see now it’s what I would’ve wanted to begin with. My experience could not have been better - First, the product is high quality, well-made and sturdy. I had no issues whatsoever. It is a finely crafted piece of furniture. But second and perhaps most important - Curt Roth, the owner, was extremely helpful and personally ensured that I was happy with the order, and also that shipping, delivery, etc. all went smoothly. He spent a good amount of time talking with me regarding various options but at no time was he ever "selling" me; his only concern was that I was happy. Fairness and integrity appear to drive his business and I was impressed with that. Lastly, Modern Classics has an excellent delivery channel. My sofa arrived almost a week sooner than I would have expected, and for the "last mile" I opted for white glove delivery and these guys were real pros - called ahead, showed up on time, and expertly wrangled a fairly big item into a fairly small space. For architecturally classic modern furniture, I highly recommend Modern Classics: Unusually high quality products and service.
