We are extremely pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail, and materials of the two chairs. The snaps (need to use extra strength to snap them into the chair but I know they won't come out), hand-stitching of the ropes, and stainless finish. The customer service and delivery service worked extremely well. I would suggest using the white-glove deliver for bigger items since the packing material and wood pallet are a challenge to recycle. We will definitely look to this store for our next purchase of furniture.
