Curt is quite friendly and helpful. But the first sofa I got was discontinued because of a design flaw. We arranged for me to return that sofa and purchase a different one. Within six months the cushions were unsupported by straps that could not hold any weight. After 18 months a so-so solution was found with metal bars. The sofa functions OK, but it isn't very comfortable and looks odd.
