I had the unfortunate experience of working with the sales representative, Ryan, from Modernize. From the start, he was extremely rude and seemed more interested in asking invasive questions about my company rather than sharing information about his own business. His lack of transparency and unprofessional demeanor made it clear that we would not be doing any business together. I do not recommend working with Ryan or Modernize due to their poor customer service.
