I haven't even had a chance to speak with them about anything home improvement related. They have the most harassing phone calls I have ever experienced. They call three times in a row when I am in the middle of meetings at work or at home not feeling well. I have declined their calls and they call back less than 30 seconds later. They continue to do this for two weeks. I finally lose my cool and answer the phone and yell at them. Then they wait a few months and it starts again.
