My name is Loretta Martin, I'm a paraplegic of 23 years and I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to buy me windows and this old trailer is getting so run down and I have no one to help me get anything ready the winter months and I lose a lot of heat due to the cracks and my windows, I would greatly appreciate any help from anyone at this time.
