I have heard great things about Modernize. Although I have not used them yet, I inquired at an earlier date, and they were very prompt and professional in assisting me. They were very willing to work with me; everyone has a different need, and this spoke volumes to me. It turned out to be a very bad inconveniet time for me to meet our scheduled appointment, and they were extremely understanding, accommodating, and not pushy at all! This is why I feel so positive about their services.
