I own one of the first homes in Oelwein and it definitely needs new widows to
save on energy. And improve the structure of the house.My house was owned 7th Mr.&Mrs Oelwein back in 1908 I believe is what the abstract says I which is in my safety deposit box at the bank, that's why I don't habe their first names .. I can't remember them
