Hi, My house is cold because the draft that is coming from the windows. I don’t believe that the windows in the house fix tight the way they should. I don’t have my grandkids up the house in the winter because it’s not warm enough. I can’t afford to replace the windows I live on a fixed income. Thank you for your time
