I ordered 2 different swimwear. One arrived damaged. Tried on the website to process and exchange not even a refund. The submit button does not work. I have tried this 8 times. Put in a ticket, the response on the ticket, just indicates the link to process the return. Did an email, same circle response. Also did a live chat, the agent can't help, the are just an person that takes information and provides the same circle response. The clothes are cute and there were many items that I had my eye on, but the customer service and after sale is totally impossible. So I have an item, paid for that can't be worn. 2 days, no resolution from this company. So very sad and frustrating for their customers. I was so hoping for better to no avail.
