Next Step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Never order from this company expecting a refund if you don't like what you receive!”

“I purchased something from modlily on March 31, and as of today I still don’t have the item. After sending repeated emails to customer service, I had got no satisfaction. I received just AI responses, which had nothing to do with what I was asking.
Dealing with this company is so frustrating! If you haven’t ordered from them yet, save yourself and DON’T! I’ve never dealt with a company that had as bad customer service as this one! I sent several emails trying to cancel my order. Maybe one of these days, I will see a refund, but I’m not holding my breath.”

I asked them to refund to original form of payment. they ended up giving me a credit. I have reached out twice to have them correct. it's still not done. “Do NOT purchase anything from this company! Wish I could leave a review without having to give a star! I helped my mom order a tankini SET. Which means it has a top piece and bottom piece. They only sent the top. I have reached out to Modlily via Messenger twice, submitted a ticket twice, sent 2 emails, and did a live chat three different times and it would advise a live agent would be there shortly, but nobody ever came on. It finally timed out and I had to start all over again. I have not received a response from Modlily.
So my mom paid $50 for the set, but only received the top. No bottoms, as it was supposed to include. She likes the top and does not want to return it. But they need to send her the remainder of her order, which is what she paid for. I warned her about this company before she ordered because I have heard terrible things about them.”

“Absolutely UNtrustworthy. They claim NO return ship fees when using their Happy Returns. Nothing is further from the truth. Products are very old fashioned made inasmuch as they have "darts" which are only appropriate for very short torso :(”

“Ordered two shirts. The material was more polyester than expected. Oh well, no problem, i will just request a return. It took some time but managed to issue a return for both shirts. They charge $10.99 PER ITEM as a shipping/return fee. I then get the return label for one shirt. I go back to the website to try and return the 2nd shirt. It is showing as a return but as a replacement. Did not receive a return label. When I click on the item to request to return or modify it takes me to a new screen to order more. There exists no phone number. There is a completely useless bot "chat" that send you back to the same place you were. I really hate companies like this. Happy to take money but zero customer service.”
