“My overall satisfaction with the products is fantastic however I ordered 2 items on 1/23 for a cruise 2/21 and have been told I may not receive the items till after my cruise because of "delayed restocking of popular items". If it wasn't available they shouldn't have shown it as available and taken my money. The young lady at customer support said she MAY be able to get shipping expedited. Not holding my breath”

“I won't be ordering from this company again. I ordered 2 bathing suits so shipping was free but I paid $3.98 for expedited shipping on 1 item. It wasn't processed quickly as promised. The 2nd item never shipped and I kept messaging customer service to ask why only to find out it was out of stock so they kept delaying the shipping date. I finally told them to cancel it because I needed it for my cruise and it wouldn't be available. They canceled it but gave me a credit to Modlily and also deducted $12.99 shipping charge off of the price i paid for the suit because they only could ship one item. Shouldn't be the customers fault if the item isn't available. I then had to contact them several times requesting that the refund go on my credit card that I used for purchase. They kept saying it was on my Modlily account. I finally received a partial credit on my card. Poor customer service and shipping is very slow.”

They responded when I texted them very promptly. There was a little hiccup in getting the items, but only by about seven days and they worked on investigating the problem and keeping me up-to-date on the issues. My items came they all fit and I was very pleased they do have some bad reviews that I personally have not had a problem with them. I’m very satisfied I would order again. .”
