“First of all, I found it unusual that the swimsuit came with no tags at all. It was like a friend had sent it to me to use. Second, the browns in the top and bottom were completely different. To avoid the hassle of sending it back, I am going to keep it and find perhaps another bottom at a local store that I can use with the top. The website was also a tremendous hassle to work with customer service, etc. I didn't realize when I ordered from there, that it was a Chinese company.”
“So disappointed. I ordered three swimsuits for a trip to Hawaii. The delivery time was beyond ridiculous. Of the three suits only one is something I will ever wear again. The crotch is very narrow—not something designed for a 76 year old. I should have paid more and purchased one better made suit.”

“Unreliable delivery times. When I ordered, I was told delivery by 2/4, before my vacation. Two of the 3 items arrived after I returned from vacation. The last item finally arrived almost 2 months since order date. The updates stopped as soon as the first 2 items arrived. Finally after threatening to dispute through cc, it arrived. Did not realize this was a Chinese company, would have never ordered.”

“I placed my order around July 27. After many weeks of not having received the order I reached out to them. They told me to be patient and they will get it out as soon as possible. Then I received an email stating the ordere was delivered on Aug 27 but it was NOT! Finally on Sept 2 the package showed up. “First, it is impossible to speak with someone. I do not count bots as people. The exchange policy is a joke. I bought 2 bathing suits but I have to exchange them or I must pay for return shipping (no free shipping here). Some of this is on me for not reading it through but the so called east return is misleading. The bottom line is that it's best to shop in store locally for bathing suits or you wind up paying more. This was not worth the effort. Off to Kohls!!”
