“I placed my order around July 27. After many weeks of not having received the order I reached out to them. They told me to be patient and they will get it out as soon as possible. Then I received an email stating the ordere was delivered on Aug 27 but it was NOT! Finally on Sept 2 the package showed up. I was pleased with the products but probably will not order from them again due to the delay in delivery.”

I bought 2 bathing suits but I have to exchange them or I must pay for return shipping (no free shipping here). Some of this is on me for not reading it through but the so called east return is misleading. The bottom line is that it's best to shop in store locally for bathing suits or you wind up paying more. When I tracked the package it says it’s in New Jersey but when I contacted Modlily they state the shipping system hasn’t updated and that the package is in Texas and is on the way. At this point I feel I have just been scammed.”

“Australian buyers beware. I bought 3 items all too small including a bathing suit, although we're true to advertisement. Return policy is poor as you have to return to either UK, USA or Canada at your own expense as they have no warehouse in Australia.”

“The material is cheap. After it’s washed and dried the fabric sticks together causing unnecessary wrinkles even if you get it right from the dryer and hang it. No amount of fabric softener or dryer sheets or even line drying helps. No, it’s not static”

Modlily offered a 4th item free if you order three items. I put 4 items in my cart but it never showed that one of the items was free so I removed 1 item (because I only wanted it if it was free). It took me forever to find a way to talk to them, which was only a live chat. I told them I wanted my free item and they responded that I had to buy two more items to get one free. It was an hour long conversation where I could not get them to send me my free item or cancel my order and try ordering again with their coupon. Neither was an option. I had to buy more items. They DO NOT honor their advertised coupon deals!!”
“Modlily has a good selection but I’d never order again from them. It takes forever to get your order and returns are difficult . I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks to receive my bathing suits , half the summer is gone. I still haven’t gotten them yet. If your use to Amazon , then don’t order from Modlily!”
