First, it is impossible to speak with someone. I do not count bots as people. The exchange policy is a joke. I bought 2 bathing suits but I have to exchange them or I must pay for return shipping (no free shipping here). Some of this is on me for not reading it through but the so called east return is misleading. The bottom line is that it's best to shop in store locally for bathing suits or you wind up paying more. This was not worth the effort. Off to Kohls!!
