Took two months to get three items. One excuse after another concerning the purchase. However Modlily had my money within three days. Love there clothing but not service.

Save your money.... Ordered a top... Badcheap material, mismatched pattern, and smelled like smoke!

If I could give a -10 rating, I would. Ordered 3 tops on Feb 4, qualified for free shipping. On Feb 6, they told me 1 blouse was not in stock, and they put my money in an *account*. I quickly ordered another blouse to replace. They said they had already shipped the others, couldn't replace, and charged $8.56 to send it. The 1st blouses that were *shipped* spent 12 days touring around Jamaica, NY before being given to USPS to deliver. I received them, good quality, liked them, fit was good. Back to the 3rd blouse...STILL hasn't shipped...its Mar 12th...no word on when or even IF I'll get it. Sent them an email again yesterday, telling them I will dispute it with credit card company, since it showed up on my credit card statement that I received yesterday, AND will report to Better Business Bureau. They have until this afternoon to make it right. Wanna bet they don't??? I will NEVER buy from them again. If it happens once, shame on them. If it happens twice, shame on me!! BTW, the "free gift" is the junkiest of junk jewelry.

Ordered clothes. Did not like. Returned clothes are dictated by their return policy. They refused return. In their communication, they said they evaluate returned based on "smell". They refused return based on "peculiar smell". Instead of a refund, they offered a credit. If the clothes had a "peculiar smell", why would they offer a credit? They have found a way to refuse refunds and force you to purchase again from them. This company is a total scam.

Order placed for a ladies swim set on 7/1/24 – paid for on that date. Stated delivery was 22/1/24. All good, we were going on a cruise on 23/1/24 and the swim set was going with us. Delivery missed the due date but that’s life – it happens. However, we returned home on 6/2/24 and the item still hadn’t been delivered – we had organised our neighbours to keep an eye out – standard procedure in our neighbourhood. We emailed Modlily on 7/2/24 about no delivery, item was now weeks overdue. Multiple emails sent back and forth about missing item – first they couldn’t contact their courier for 7 days to chase it up because of a public holiday, then the tracking number showed that the item had in fact been delivered to Sydney but the Australian courier had lost it (no further movement on the tracking number, ever) then we were asked to wait “more days”. Since the item had been paid for through PayPal, we raised a claim with PayPal for a refund on 12/2/24. Multiple emails back and forth to Modlily, PayPal and ourselves with more requests from Modlily to please wait “more days” again. PayPal refunded our money on 11/3/24. Would we deal with Modlily again? No! Would we recommend Modlily to our friends? No! Would we recommend Modlily to you who are reading this? No! Modlily shows up on searches as Modlily Australia, but their prices are in US$. Stay away from this seller unless you want to sharpen your email typing skills. Bad seller!

Ordered Feb 2, 2024 and they immediately took my money. On their website it said "processing" until I asked by chat on March 12, 2024 how much longer it was going to take to ship. Chat said they would expedite. Well 4 days later it was still processing. I cancelled my order. Today I see it takes time to get your money back. Not even sure when or if I will. Poor customer service at best! If I could give no stars I would. Frustrating experience and not even over yet because I don't have my money yet.

Still waiting 4 weeks on ,tried to cancel 10 minutes after ordering when read reviews.... the money was taken out straight away ,no tracking number 😒 do not order anything from here.

I have yet to receive the one item I ordered. No matter whether I like it when I finally receive it or not....NEVER AGAIN. Pictures look inviting. DON'T DO IT

It’s been a long time ago since I ordered this. It doesn’t take that long to process an order. This is ridiculous! I will not order from you again. I will tell all my friends about this. I ordered this for a trip and now it doesn’t look like it will arrive in time.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company charges a "shipping insurance fee". I went round and round with them to remove it or cancel the order. I told them I did not want to do business with them. After 10 days and many emails they finally canceled the order - for store credit! Now I'm going through my credit card company. As nice as their merchandise looks, be very careful before you order anything from them.

I placed a large order, kept two items that I love and returned the rest. Modlily refuses to refund to my credit card of purchase. They are keeping it as a “store credit” despite two written requests and a phone call. Instead, I have gotten multiple messages saying my balance is safe with them and that it would be to my benefit to keep it with them. I just want my money back!!

ONE OF THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES! Clothes are terribly made. Fit horribly! Then when I returned the items they would not give me a full refund. They charge for the return label and then instead of giving you the full refund they try to say they gave a discount. The discount was already calculated in the purchase amount so not sure why they won’t refund the full amount. This is a fraudulent and dishonest company! Don’t shop here. I wish I would have never bought from them!!!!

I ordered three dresses. I got them home, tried on each one and one of them didn't fit well so I put it back in the package it came in and returned it. Modlilly refused to refund my money because they said the item didn't meet there return criteria! There's no way that anything was wrong with that dress as I had it on for no more than two minutes. If you need to return something, make sure you document its condition before you send it back!

Placed an order for a swimsuit coverup, three swimsuits and some flip flops on 3/17/24. Leaving on cruise 4/20/24. Received swimsuit coverup on 3/21/24. I had no reason to think the rest of order wouldn’t be delivered on time. The rest of the order said estimated delivery 4/10-4/17. Contacted Customer Service 4/14 asking if my order will be here by 4/17 because it still shows processing and I will need to go out and shop for swimsuits. They said it should be here by 4/17, but they will contact shipper and ask them to expedite the package. Today is 4/16 and it is still processing. I am headed out to shop for swimsuits.

The outfit I ordered looked nothing like the picture completely different material I returned with their shipping label which I knew they would deduct from refund but instead of refunding my credit card they gave me a store credit which I knew I would never order anything else. I can chop this 52$ as money lost I will never order from this place again. Shouldn't treat customers like this if I could have give them no stars I would. I sure hope people see this review so they can be warned.

I placed an order over 2 months ago, and still have not received it! I have been in touch with the company four times now, and can't get answers as to why. I was promised I would receive the item before I leave for vacation tomorrow. It still has not been shipped!!!!! Very aggravated and disappointed! My credit card was charged two months ago! I'm so angry that I will never see the item, and have already been charged! Is this always how you do business????

Worst company ever ordered 3 items put them on credit card 106.87 didn’t here anything about order so I contacted them they said I never ordered anything , got my credit card bill sure enough they charged me but never received items ripoffs don’t order from them ordered bathing suit , 2 shirts never got them

I ordered and paid for a bathing suit in January and have not received it. Customer service is terrible. I told them the problem and they never helped me. Wish there was a telephone number for me to call.

I received my dress, navy blue with lace on top, I was planning to wear it for my son’s wedding. I ordered a size small. The dress came on time however, it smelled weird and it had a white stain on the bottom of it. I tried it on and it was way too big and loose. So I returned it 5 days later and I complained about the stains and size. I recently got an email saying “ we could not process return because of a peculiar smell on the dress!” They offered me a 10 dollar store credit which I declined and said they will get a bad review. Beware if you order a navy blue party dress with lace sleeves… they will probably resell that same dress that I got (which came with a peculiar smell and white stain on it)Don’t waste your time or money on this company please.
