Took two months to get three items. One excuse after another concerning the purchase. However Modlily had my money within three days. Love there clothing but not service.

Still waiting 4 weeks on ,tried to cancel 10 minutes after ordering when read reviews.... the money was taken out straight away ,no tracking number šŸ˜’ do not order anything from here.

If I could give a -10 rating, I would. Ordered 3 tops on Feb 4, qualified for free shipping. On Feb 6, they told me 1 blouse was not in stock, and they put my money in an *account*. I quickly ordered another blouse to replace. They said they had already shipped the others, couldn't replace, and charged $8.56 to send it. The 1st blouses that were *shipped* spent 12 days touring around Jamaica, NY before being given to USPS to deliver. I received them, good quality, liked them, fit was good. Back to the 3rd blouse...STILL hasn't shipped...its Mar 12th...no word on when or even IF I'll get it. Sent them an email again yesterday, telling them I will dispute it with credit card company, since it showed up on my credit card statement that I received yesterday, AND will report to Better Business Bureau. They have until this afternoon to make it right. Wanna bet they don't??? I will NEVER buy from them again. If it happens once, shame on them. If it happens twice, shame on me!! BTW, the "free gift" is the junkiest of junk jewelry.

I found that size was smaller than measurements adviced I am 5'6" weigh 130 . Ordered 3 med. and 3 lg. Bathing suits. Because wasn't sure. Mediums were all to small. Beware!! No phone # to contact. Have to do chat. Which ended up being very frustrating. Also when you buy 3 and get 1 free, would not exchange for lg. Chat said the one they sent free was non refundable, nor could you exchange for different size. Bottom line, so far Co. only willing to exchange 1 of the bathing suits and it is yet to be seen. We will see. You also have to print out shipping label. However I do like 2 of the suits. Just wished I could talk to a real person to be able to exchange. Need better customer service for sure.

I have yet to receive the one item I ordered. No matter whether I like it when I finally receive it or not....NEVER AGAIN. Pictures look inviting. DON'T DO IT

I ordered a bathing suit on February 18, 2024. It is still is not here. If you need something in a timely matter, this is not your place to order it from. I have been tracking it and doing conversation with them on the "chat" they say it will be arriving any day.

Itā€™s been a long time ago since I ordered this. It doesnā€™t take that long to process an order. This is ridiculous! I will not order from you again. I will tell all my friends about this. I ordered this for a trip and now it doesnā€™t look like it will arrive in time.

I am so disappointed. I was not credited for my returns because of a peculiar smell. The funny thing is that the things I returned had been returned in the condition that were in when I received them. Everything I returned was exactly how I received them. So disappointed.

I ordered one month ago. My payment has processed, but Ithe order is still "processing". When I submitted a ticket asking about why it has been delayed, the response said that my order is "processing". Duh! I will try to cancel. Never again!

I've ordered some shirts back in January and here it is March and nothing and when I try to contact someone it's all in Chinese and I don't speak or read Chinese so my 80.00 is stolen from me. Never again will I order from this company.

I have selected 2 dresses and purchased them, in 2 minutes after that I changed my mind and cancelled the transaction. Nevertheless my credit card was charged immediately. Since then ( more then a week passed) I can't get refund. I think this company is a scum. Very dissapointed

Buyers beware - no one at the company speaks English and you will have ZERO meaningful interaction with this company. They ship via DHL and I'm not sure if they speak English either. Despite requesting that my package be left with no signature, they did not leave it. They were supposed to deliver the next day between 3pm and 5pm and did not. This is NOT like ordering from Amazon - I ordered on February 12, needing delivery by Feb 22 - no way to track the package, no one knows anything.

Returned 3 swimsuits within the allowed time. Had only tried them on once and decided I didnā€™t like them nor the quality. Used the return labels. Had to provide own boxes. Received notice that they were DISCOUNTING the amount I paid on two plus charging an abhorrent amount for the postage they also discounted. On the third suit they said it had a ā€œpeculiarā€ smell. No way! I was freshly clean when I tried on all three at the same time. Because of that they said I didnā€™t qualify for refund on the third but would give me $10 STORE CREDIT. They returned zero of the money for 3 swimsuits, gave less than a third of what I paid as STORE CREDIT (no way will I ever use!) and kept all the merchandise. Iā€™m sure those swimsuits are already on their way to new, unsuspecting customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Scammers.
