I have tried to contact Modily several times requesting my refund. I have never received a refund nor a response to my request.”

They want to give store credit and then cancel the order saying it's out of stock and not telling you and charge the credit card again for the difference. Have spent lot of time with their online customer service who promise to give credit card credit which has been going on for 3 weeks. Am planning to report them to my credit card in 2 days if no resolution.”
