“I order a bathing suit and jacket that I have yet to receive. The shipping/tracking number does not provide any information, just that the package is in transit. I have a hard time believing that in 2025 shipping takes four weeks. Contacting their customer service proved to be a joke...there response was the package was "swiftly" on its way to me. “Order the bathing suit from them and received it it had metal on the straps that cut into my skin so I returned it unused asked for a refund My total payment that they took was $50 and 46 cents. My refund for whatever reason is $26. So basically I am getting back half of what I paid for nothing.”
“Their shipping date is weeks after they promise. I ordered 2 item for a vacation one had to be returned, cheaply made and didn't fit. The second item delivery date 2/10/25 still hasn't arrived 2/23/25. It will be delivered the day after I leave for vacation. No more Modlily for me!”

“I ordered a few things in mid-December for my February 1st vacation. Plenty of time, right? As I tracked my order, I saw shipment was stuck at USPS in Woodridge, IL.
Contacted Modlily- no phone number - where they could/would not do anything to release existing order. They resubmitted my order, only to have that also hung up at the same USPS facility.
I never received my order and was so disappointed that Modlily couldn't do more for me. They only wanted to refund me in the form of store credit which is useless since I cannot receive merchandise!! They finally refunded my payment to my original form of payment.
Soooooo disappointed because I love Modlily styles and wanted new things for my Mexico trip. Also disappointed that this dumb problem couldn't be rectified by Modlily.”
“I ordered 5 items late December. I received one but not the other 4.I got on a live chat that said it had been received in the US. I showed them a screenshot where it was “supposedly”received near Chicago IL on January 4th. It is February 13th and I live in Des Moines, IA. about 4 hours from Chicago. Then they said it must have gotten. Guessing by the update on USPS, it never made it there. Anyway i asked for a refund in 2 to 5 days. Keeping my fingers crossed. Sorry for the long me message”

I received one (1) of the swimsuits
The other 4 swimsuits have been saying 'in process' since January.

“I wouldn't even give this a rating of 1 star! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have contacted the company numerous times on different dates by completing a ticket about the shirts I returned and never get a response. I included my order number and everything was returned in its original bag with all the tags on. I got them for Christmas and returned them by Dec. 27th.
The pictures were very deceiving and the quality of the material was thin and cheap!
