“Horrible customer service. I return two bathing suits 6 weeks ago and their site is confusing in asking how to refund so money was refunded to my ‘wallet’ them. They say you can request it be refunded to you directly. I have now asked over 6 times. Nothing. Their ‘live chat’ is a joke and is over an hour wait. Don’t shop there!”

“My order was never delivered. It says it was delivered to my front porch. I live in an apartment building. I have checked the entire building nothing was delivered. Can't get a hold of the delivery company. No proof they actually delivered it. I just get told to contact delivery company. This is a lesson I've learned. I am now out the money. All I was told was contact the delivery company. The delivery company does not answer. Says it will not take a message. I do not believe my stuff was delivered. I believe this is a scam company. And it is unfortunate. I have a feeling this is what they do. I would not order from this company unless you want to throw money away.”
