“Horrible company to deal with! I ordered 4 suits on January 19th to go on vacation on Feb 1st. None of them arrived in time. I went on another vacation on Feb 26th and still only ONE had arrived. That's over 5 weeks from order date. I ended up cancelling the other three as after my TWO vacations, they were still in a "pending" status. Then they only wanted to give me a credit to use later! Still charged me $64Cdn for one bathing suit!!! Ridiculous!!! I would never purchase from them again!! BEWARE!”
“This company is a joke! I placed an order a month ago, the order confirmation said I’d have it by March 10th and it still hasn’t shipped. Their online chat is horrible and I’m starting to wonder if I’ve been scammed.”
“It has been 7 weeks since I ordered for a trip. My items have still not shipped even though the person on chat said they would. It is now over 3 weeks from the latest date stated for delivery when I ordered and I thought that was a long time at the time of order. “I ordered a bunch of bathing suits one was completely defective you could not get the clasp undone. I requested an even exchange. I liked the bathing suit. took pictures uploaded the problem with the bathing suit. "The Companies response "Could you please try applying a bit more force when opening it?" Um I am built like a she HULK that is not the problem with the clasp. After reading all of these reviews I wished I had never ordered from this company. The quality is poor, and difficult return process. Stay away.”
“I placed an order on January 27th. I was give. A tracki g number which indicated that the order was returned to merchant with no explaination.
When I contacted their customer service on February 28th , I was told they would reship my order by the 4th of March. Well the order has yet to ship and now they are saying that my order will arrive in April. I have requested a full refund but they are giving me the run around. Please save yourself a lot of headaches and don’t waste your money ordering from them. Now I will have to involve my cc.”

“I placed an order. It says they will ship in 2 to 3 days. It’s been two weeks. They have not even shipped yet. It says it’s processing. I asked them four days ago. What’s going on with my order and they said they will expedite it and that I will receive it and the dates they gave me were already passed tense, which I thought was funny and it’s still sitting in processing. I tried to talk to customer service. It was a ridiculous conversation. She never answered my question. She just kept giving me answers to questions I’ve never asked so who knows if I’ll ever get the suits if I’ll even like them at this point and it’ll be too late anyway.”
“I really like their some of their clothes, however last year I bought 2 swimsuits and neither fit right. I got their return label and sent them back, the refunded me for one suit and only half for the other saying it was damaged and smelled. First off if it smelled I wouldn't have even tried it on and second I only tried the top to see if it fit. It's really to bad because they do have some cute things”

Like an idiot I ordered again, bordered a burgundy dress, when it came it was a green/white/ and black dress and was the ugliest dress I have ever seen. I tried to get a return label for it with no luck, now they won’t even answer my emails! So I guess they just send you what they want if they not have your size. “I won't be ordering from this company again. I ordered 2 bathing suits so shipping was free but I paid $3.98 for expedited shipping on 1 item. It wasn't processed quickly as promised. The 2nd item never shipped and I kept messaging customer service to ask why only to find out it was out of stock so they kept delaying the shipping date. I finally told them to cancel it because I needed it for my cruise and it wouldn't be available. They canceled it but gave me a credit to Modlily and also deducted $12.99 shipping charge off of the price i paid for the suit because they only could ship one item. Shouldn't be the customers fault if the item isn't available. I then had to contact them several times requesting that the refund go on my credit card that I used for purchase. They kept saying it was on my Modlily account. I finally received a partial credit on my card. Poor customer service and shipping is very slow.”
“I ordered 2 swim suits of different colors from one ad. One suit came as a complete set with a matching bottom. I feel that this is a very deceitful ad. This top should not have been included with suits that are complete sets. It is deceptive advertising.”
