“I placed my order on March 26th for 2 items. I had to follow up with them several times to get a ship date. On my 4th follow up on 4/23 asking again if it had shipped I received a reply the next morning saying it had shipped and will deliver May 6th.
I am a Customer Service Representative and am extremely disappointed in the service with this transaction. I will not order from this company again.

“Do not order from this company. It is true what all the other reviews say. I ordered $250 of merchandise. Received some of the order and never received two dresses and a bathing suit. After multiple "chats" with a robochat, I never received any resolution after they promised over and over it was coming. They purposely mislead you into not canceling the order and continueing the madness. This went on for several weeks. I finally opened a dispute through PayPal and amazingly the very next day, they made contact and issued a refund through the PayPal dispute claim. Never again will I fall for this irreputable company out of Hong Kong. You shouldn't either unless you have unlimited patience and money.”

“The swimsuit looked like something from twenty years ago. I would not have ordered had it not offered a refund. I have been arguing g with them for several weeks. They keep telling me they are giving g me a store credit, which I have told them over and over that I don’t want. I finally had to file a dispute with PayPal. Supposedly, my small refund is coming now. They are keeping the cost of shipping to and from me, so it’s not much. Just the the principle of it. Will never order from them again.”
“This company is unreliable, run do not walk away from ordering from them. You cannot track, talk to anyone or even live chat, they never come on. If you have all the time in the world to wait for a bathing suit, that will probably get here in the winter then by all means do that. There are too many other companies to order from that are better.”

I ordered 3 bathing suits that did not fit right because I used their size chart and had to return them. It states easy returns but it is anything but. They keep trying to suggest you get a credit to your account so you can purchase more from them.
They charge you $13.99 for return shipping which comes off you order total and I was fine with that and they still are trying to get me to just get a store credit and it would be the full amount but I don't want that.
We have been going back and forth 5 or 6 times and they just don't get that I just want my refund credited to my charge card.
IF I HAVE ANY ADVICE FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS IT IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN ANYTHING!!!”

“I ordered several bathing suits. Each one had some small feature that was unlike the picture, making me wonder if the pictures are of the east same product. The fits weren't great. Tried to return. The site is horrible. They make you pay for shipping back but they also charge you for their original shipping cost.”
