“I bought a bathing suit through this company. They take weeks to deliver. The sizes run smaller. And when it comes to returns they expect u to pay to return it . They don’t work with you . Don’t buy unless u wanna be disappointed”
“Terrible customer service. Will not buy from them again. Chat is horrible - Clara let me wait 45 minutes, could not find my order, would not go ask for help. Took FOREVER to get my order which was separated into 2 orders. It took over 6 weeks to get the 2nd half of my order. Terrible service. Do better Modlilly!

“Ad misleading - does not state must be same item to get 4th free. Immediately contacted via chat to cancel when order did not reflect 4th item free - was told refund would post 5-7 days. Contacted them almost daily since then via chat & email - same response "give me a moment to review" - going on 3 weeks - still no refund-- gave company the option to credit account- now filed with directly with card company to dispute..”

I placed an order with Modlily over a month ago, paying $75.96 for two bathing suits that were clearly advertised as arriving well before the date of an event I needed them for. Not only did the items fail to arrive on time, they still haven't arrived — six days past the expected delivery window.
What’s worse? Modlily is now dragging their feet about issuing a refund. Instead of simply doing the right thing, they’re trying to force me to accept a store credit — for a store I have zero intention of ever using again. I didn't get what I paid for, the event has come and gone, and now I'm stuck with a $75.96 charge and absolutely nothing to show for it. They did offer a new shipping date - 6-19, NOT HELPFUL!
This company is unreliable, deceptive, and unprofessional. If you value your money or your time, avoid Modlily at all costs. There are far more reputable retailers out there who actually respect their customers and stand behind their service.”

This company is terrible, all the advertisement and emails but no response or customer service never again will I order from them.”

She assured me my order was ready to be expedited shipped and I’d receive an email with tracking number. I’ve yet to receive the email and no one answers my online chat. I’m going to have my credit card company issue a charge back for the full amount. Worst customer service and company I’ve ever dealt with. Yet they continue to flood Facebook with advertisements and sales.”

I received one response with an offer to keep them and they would give me a store credit towards more purchases??? but if I really wanted to return the items they provided a link for the returns, which of course DID NOT WORK. Ive tried every day since to communicate with them with no success. They won't respond at all - except when they are emailing me marketing buss s**t. Lesson learned, Never Again. “I received my swimsuits and they did not fit so I returned them. I returned them on February 28, 2025 and still have not received credit on my Discover or store credit. I started a dispute with Discover and Modlily told Discover that they gave me store credit, they did NOT. Now anytime I start a live chat with Modlily no one answers me. Do not buy anything from them.”
