I returned a dress 10th February I have constantly been in contact with this company Modlily with no response all I want is my money back I will never advice anyone to use this company.”
“I ordered 4 dresses in the middle of June. One came quickly. The other three didn't arrive until the first of August. I returned the first one just before the 30 day deadline. I checked "Refund", however it defaults to store credit. As soon as I received the other 3 in August, I tried them on and returned 2 the next day. I used the chat many times about the original shipping and return statuses. Each chat gave different information or quoted long processing windows, like 10-20 days for the refund to show up on my card. I finally received my refund today after stating if the refund was not posted to my card I would be contesting the charges to my credit card company.”
“I bought 2 dresses from them that were see through, so I went through the exchange process, and used their label. Many weeks later I still did not receive my exchanged items. I contacted them and they claimed that they had no record of it and asked me to screen shot the return info to them, of which I did. They responded with an email to me of the items I returned for the exchange and the new items I had picked out. I am in the hole approximately $77 and it has been 3 months and no further response from them and my new items never came. BEWARE of this company!”
“BUYER BEWARE! Believe other’s reviews. They take forever to send you your order. Even though they advertise free returns they charge you shipping and will credit only a fraction of what you paid. Their clothing is not well made—hanging threads, cheap material. Save yourself the headache. Buy elsewhere.”
“Bathing suits are very poorly made, and the material is terrible. I never wore the two I ordered and returned them promptly. After numerous chats, they are refunding back to my original credit card, minus $20 after being told I would get everything back except label fee. I will NEVER order from Modlily again!”
“Negative 1 if I could. I never received the items, even after they offered to resend them. They showed it being delivered twice with both the tracking numbers, which must have been fake since I was home both days. Thankfully my credit card company just refunded my money.”
“Sent me defective merchandise and a bathing top that was too small. I sent them pictures of both. They sent me a label to use. Mailed them on June 27th they received on june 30th. I have not received anything. I had bought a bathing suit a year ago and they are trying to say it was that one and too late to send it back. I told them that suit was hanging in my closet as I am writing to them. Their mad because i put a review on trustpilot.
So DO NOT TRUST MODLILY!!”

“This is a TERRIBLE company. They shipped my order which is "stuck" at the border, and all they did was repeatedly send me a notice that it is stuck. It has been stuck for 2 weeks and 2 days and they have done nothing. Ridiculous. They say that 240 people ordered the same item within 24 hours. Are they all stuck as well? Shop locally. Don't use this company.”
“I have been trying to return an item for days now. The company is not reliable. There is not a way to voice your concerns by telephone. I have been texting on facebook messenger, but have not been getting results. My advice, if you don’t think it will fit don’t even bother buying it unless you can afford two of the same item.”
“I would t even give them one star but it doesn’t offer that. DO NOT waste your money. I placed an ordered July 3rd and still haven’t received it. One item I ordered shows out of stock so I cancelled it. Did you know they only refunded a small amount knowing I couldn’t dispute it? Thieves!”
