“This is a TERRIBLE company. They shipped my order which is "stuck" at the border, and all they did was repeatedly send me a notice that it is stuck. It has been stuck for 2 weeks and 2 days and they have done nothing. Ridiculous. They say that 240 people ordered the same item within 24 hours. Are they all stuck as well? Shop locally. Don't use this company.”
“I have been trying to return an item for days now. The company is not reliable. There is not a way to voice your concerns by telephone. I have been texting on facebook messenger, but have not been getting results. My advice, if you don’t think it will fit don’t even bother buying it unless you can afford two of the same item.”

“Do not shop with Modlily. The bathing suits I ordered were bad quality and the customer service never responded on how to retun the merchandise until it was to late to return. You will have the same experience. Stick with shopping in a store to have the right fit and good quality.”
“Order placed and money taken from my CC on July 15th. It is now August 7th and I still don't have the merchandise, and they shipped from Las Vegas. This is coming USPS to Hawaii and it is stuck in transit since July 28th. This company is exactly what all of the other unhappy customers have said, HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE customer care and this taught me a lesson to check all reviews before buying something. The last time the tracking was updated was 7/30.
