I ordered 5 items on 3/15. You only shipped 1 of the 5 items and it arrived damaged. The blue and white striped bathing suit had a broken strap! Now you canceled my remaining items and gave me a store credit and charged me shipping on items that were never shipped. I DO NOT WANT A STORE CREDIT. I WILL NO LONGER ORDER ITMES FROM YOU AS YOU REFUSE TO SHIP IN A TIMELY MANNER. YOU SHOULD NOT PROMISE ITEMS THAT YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK ON. I WANT A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD. OTHERWISE I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE. I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND WILL POST 10 MORE IF YOUR TEAM DOES NOT ISSUE ME A FULL REFUND ON THE 4 UNSHIPPED ITEMS AND A 50% REFUND TO KEEP THE DAMAGED ITEM.”

“I returned an item the day after I got it. It has now been close to a month. I have yet to receive my refund back to my original form of payment. I have chatted with them via a live chat on two occasions, and have been promised that I would receive an email within 24 hours relating to this subject. I have yet to receive an email from anyone addressing this issue. Each time I have chatted with someone via live chat, they have tried to manipulate me into using a store, Credit. I will never order from them again.”

“I ordered from Modlily, expecting delivery within the timeframe advertised. My order was delayed, tracking information was limited, and customer service responses were slow and unhelpful. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I would caution other consumers to carefully review the return and customer service policies before ordering. I have contacted them 3 times so far to request a refund for items they cancelled. They keep trying to give me credit, but I will never use it - will never buy from them again - ever!”
“Ordered 3 tops, WAY TOO BIG, returned all three for refund. After 4 email exchanges where they said they denied refund but would give me store credit, I did two online chat with agents. (Real humans as far as I could tell - voices, not written chats. Both assured me they would initiate refunds. I received follow up emails after both conversations stating I had store credit but no refund. I have not filed a dispute with my credit card company. If you buy from Modlily, plan to keep it, give it away, repurpose, or tailor it yourself to fit.”
