“I placed an order the beginning of January & still have not received it. Iv tried contacting them numerous times to just cancel my order since they can not provide any updates on it. They never respond. Next step I will report it to my credit card company as fraud”

“I won't be ordering from this company again. I ordered 2 bathing suits so shipping was free but I paid $3.98 for expedited shipping on 1 item. It wasn't processed quickly as promised. The 2nd item never shipped and I kept messaging customer service to ask why only to find out it was out of stock so they kept delaying the shipping date. I finally told them to cancel it because I needed it for my cruise and it wouldn't be available. They canceled it but gave me a credit to Modlily and also deducted $12.99 shipping charge off of the price i paid for the suit because they only could ship one item. Shouldn't be the customers fault if the item isn't available. I then had to contact them several times requesting that the refund go on my credit card that I used for purchase. They kept saying it was on my Modlily account. I finally received a partial credit on my card. Poor customer service and shipping is very slow.”
“I ordered 2 swim suits of different colors from one ad. One suit came as a complete set with a matching bottom. I feel that this is a very deceitful ad. This top should not have been included with suits that are complete sets. It is deceptive advertising.”

I have tried to contact Modily several times requesting my refund. I have never received a refund nor a response to my request.”
“I ordered two blouses, totaling almost $70. They took a month to get here. Both blouses look nothing like the picture advertised. Color is not the same. Picture shows a nice taper and flared bottom. They are like a square. Quality is very poor.”
“I have had several orders messed up with a double credit card charge and double delivery. They want to give store credit and then cancel the order saying it's out of stock and not telling you and charge the credit card again for the difference. Have spent lot of time with their online customer service who promise to give credit card credit which has been going on for 3 weeks. Am planning to report them to my credit card in 2 days if no resolution.”
“DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING!!! I paid for expedited shipping having known that their normal shipping takes a while. Despite getting emails saying that I should expect delivery by a certain date, their tracking showed it hadn't even shipped yet. After several attempts to contact their customer service for a refund on the shipping they only sent me a coupon for my next purchase. I don't think I plan to order again and I feel they should honor the fact they didn't ship within their promised timelines.
I liked their clothes but hate their service. Thank goodness I have other options for clothing.”
“I bought what I thought was a beautiful sweatshirt. Thus item is NOT a sweatshirt. It is a stretchy piece of cloth worth $10 and I paid over $50. Not realizing thus was made in China whom have no clue what is being advertised. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO GIVE THIS AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT”
“Terrible quality swim suit material - thin and faded. Colours don’t match top and bottom, then return process is intentionally impossible; when you submit a request, first the button to initiate it doesn’t work, then you don’t receive any instructions/labels. Then, when you “Chat” with them about this and they send you a label, they charge a “return fee” - though not before stalling the refund, asking repeatedly that you return the balance to “store credit”. Total crooks. Stay away!!”
